Lucy's Cavapoo Pups at 48 days old !

20/1/2011

Lots of photos of the Cavapoo pups tonight. Lucy's litter of Cavapoo pups are nearly 7 weeks old & are bundles of very playful fun. The weather has been cold but dry & sunny here so have been able to get them out side at regular intervals during the day & they are getting the idea about toileting outside. They are all clean over night & when I come out in the morning it is a rush to get them just outside the door as they wake to have their wake up wees.
It is just over a week now & they will start to go to their new homes so although hard work now I will enjoy these last days I have with them & hope that I have given them a good start to be taken on to become valueable members of their new families. As I type this Mum is snoring under the desk with 3 pups lying on her & to the right of the desk the other four pups are curled up in a bundle asleep.
Some photos of the Blenheim Cavalier girls helping the dishwasher to clean the dishes.

All the puppies look beautiful! I can't wait to get my Albert home. We are busy dog proofing the house & garden this week, & getting everything ready for him. He is booked in to puppy training classes too & I am going to find out about a puppy party that they have at the vets so he can play with other puppies!

Hi Kim! Just read your comment and am interested to know where Albert will be atending his puppy classes? I am registering (big) Poppy for puppy classes at Argylle vets in Barnstaple and just wondered if she might be seeing one of her siblings there? I too hope to be able to take her to a puppy party but they only hold them once a month so fingers crossed i can get her in, they look like a lot of fun! If you are as excited as i am the next week cant go quick enough :) kind regards Toni.

Hello eveyone, another great set of photos the puppies look so beautiful dont they? I am also looking into puppy training classes for Roxy and I am reading a great puppy book by GWEN BAILEY called the perfect PUPPY it has lots of good information and an easy to read book it is a must have! We have everything reasdy here to bring Roxy home and are getting excited just at the thought. The 23rd of Feb cant come quick enough and then the fun & games begin! I have also got a fab selection of photos of Roxy and all the pups sent to me via email and what I have taken from the blogs, I think it has been so nice to be able to see our pups from the time they were born to the presant day Thank you Jane for making this possible, looking forward to your next blog . Kind regards Tracey.
