Photo's again !

19/2/2012

Finally figured out why I could not download photo's onto my blog. So tonight a lot of photo's of the three musketeers Belle (formerly Izzabel), Toby & Jessica.
These three pups are growing & developing well. Toby & Jessica from the photo's you can see are starting to get into their lanky stage being all legs. Belle does not look lanky due to her fluffy coat which disguises her growing limbs. These three little reprobates love nothing more than killing toilet rolls & I have now lost count off the number of times I have picked up shreds of toilet roll all over the bathroom, kitchen or living room but could be worse.
Today we had some lovely sunshine although a little chilly still but it gave me a chance to get some photo's of the three musketeers outside enjoying spring in the air.
Millie is going on well now just over 4 weeks pregnant & is already visiable pregnant. Millie is a very loving dog but when pregnant goes into loving overdrive & just loves nestling into you as soon as you sit down.
Smudge who is Millie's  has just come on heat in the last couple days so she will be around 6 weeks behind her mum.
I have had a bit of a weekend off of the computer but will hope to catch up emailing everyone over the next couple days.
Lastly Tracey, Charlie is going on fine with no change in his grade 1 to 2 heart murmer. Izzabel we now call Belle due to her mum having the same sounding name, she is going on well & at this time hopefully she will not need surgery. Hope all is well with you Tracey.

Hi Jane,
Lovely photos of the gang - the 3 pups all look gorgeous!
Edward is getting on great - we have started puppy traing classes now, so doing lots of training. He is very good if you can hold his attention but gets distracted very easily! If we are out walking he thinks everyone we meet wants to stroke and fuss him! The only problem is, most of them do so our walks are gettong longer and longer!.
He also loves to carry something in his mouth - sticks, pine cones, stones. He could work for the Council as he is very good at picking up litter!
Hope you are all keeping well.

Oh Dawn, Bella is just the same. She thinks everyone is going to cross the road to come and talk to her. We pick everything up too, unfortunately my older dog Bob does the same. I cannot get her attention as there are so many wonderful things happening and to be investigated. Walking - well jumping on Bob's head most of the time is exhausting for me. She has so much energy and when she has a "scatty session" we just stand and watch in amazement, counting the circuits of the garden or house that she does. As brother and sister they sound very much the same. Best wishes Margaret

This must be a family trait. Their half brother Spencer is just the same. Nice to know we haven't got the only one who goes ballistic for half an hour and then sleeps for the next two. We also have a problem with the attention span. He also thinks that everyone should love him as much as we do and gets quite whingy when people (not many) and other dogs ignore him. The postman even thinks he's adorable. Good luck and best wishes to all the new puppy parents

Hello Jane,

Glad to hear that all is well at poundlane. The photos say it all they are gorgeous! The three musketeers really have bonded. I love the outside pic they all have a spring in their step! Good to hear that Edward is getting ok Dawn. We did puppy training it really does pay dividends in the long run. Keep up the good work. I know what you mean about the walks its still the same for us when we take Roxy out so its safe to say it will never stop lol :-) We spent the day in Greenwich on Sunday I lost count on how many people that stoped us to make a fuss of Roxy. I'm sure everyone else is having fun with their puppies & look forward to updates soon.I Hope that you are all keeping well Jane.

Best Wishes

Tracey xx :-)

Hi Jane
So glad you worked out your photo problem - we are enjoying seeing your three youngest growing up. Poppy is now going to outdoor training classes - many more distractions there than at the indoor ones. Small children are her favourite distraction and she tends to ignore us if they are near. She and our youngest cat have a mad half hour spell every morning when they take turns in chasing each other round the garden, they sleep in each other's beds but, as yet, not at the same time!

Trish,
at puppy class last nught the trainer asked me what I fed him on. I said "why, do you think he is overweight? "He said no he didn't think he was overweight but he thought he was a bit hyperactive. I told him we fed him Royal Canin and he said it's not the food, it must be just the way he is!! I had also taken him a long walk before hand to try and tire him out! He is like a spring lamb, just bouncing up and down!!
Glad it's not just Edward!

Oh Ladies, Bella had a good walk around a field to-day with Bob (CKCS 12 year old) but as we returned home the scatty Bella came out. Indoors she just ran around and around and then around and around the garden at top speed, this went on for 10 minutes or so. Bob and I just looked, I then found the muddy shoes I had left outside on the sofa!! Trish, the need to talk to everyone comes from the Cavalier side, Bella, like our dear Millie (passed away 2010 aged 16 tri CKCS) had to talk to people especially MEN. Bob likes to check if people have any treats whether they have a dog with them on not. Everyone admires the beauty of our Cavapoo and I tell them they are delightful but hard work and LOADS of energy.

Regards to all Margaret
