PicturePrimrose's three Cavaliers
Primrose's three Cavalier pups turned six weeks old today. Thursday and Sunday the families having the Blenheim boy Mista Bertie and the Blenheim girl Bella will be visiting us to see their pup for the first time.
The tri coloured girl Rose, we are keeping. These pups are very cute. It has been five years since I last bred a litter of pure Cavaliers.

PictureGranny Ysobel
The last litter of Cavaliers I bred was from Ysobel and Primrose was one of the girls from that litter. The litter was all girls, four of them.
Ysobel was eight years old back in April this year and is very well in herself. The photo of her was taken last night.

Now Smudge's pups that were leaving us have now all gone and the two girls Blottie and Bumble are out of the pen living in with the rest of the dogs, Primrose's pups have all the pen and have access to run in and out of the patio door. The video taken this morning after taking the partition down in the pen and the pups getting to grips with getting in and out of the patio door.
In the video I mention being exciting, so your puppy will come to you. If you want your pup to recall, then you do need to put a bit of enthusiasm in to the process, even if it does make you feel like a mad dog person, it's better than being mad because your pup has run off.

We bought a Black and Tan from you, I hope , around 1990? We are from Raleigh, we had her for 12 prefect years. Have never recovered from losing her, buttt, think we are ready for another Cavalier. Much had changed in these years, can’t find a breeder that we can trust. Don’t want another B&T or Ruby, can’t replace our babies. Maybe a female white and black mostly? One that’s no good for show, just one that’s pretty, sweet and prefect, but not show quality. Are you our Prefect Cavalier Lady? If so, please answer this message.

Sorry Helen,

I'm not the lady you bought your Cavalier from. I've only ever bred one litter with black and tan pups, and that was in 2010. If your dog was Kennel Club registered and you still have the registration papers. The breeders name and address should be on that or you could contact the Kennel Club if you know your dogs registered name and had registered the dog in your name with the Kennel Club. They should be able to give you the name of who bred your dog.

Kind regards

Jane Howarth
