Starting to pack !

10/5/2012

On Saturday Millie's Cavapoo pups will start to leave us, so tomorrow I will get mugshots done of all her pups to put on the blog with their names before they go on their ways & will get their puppy bags ready for them to leave.
This is Millie's last litter & if Belle had not been an unexpected addition to our pack I would of kept back one of these pups but I have had to be realistic & can only keep so many dogs & give them the care & attention they need & thrive on.
Belle though is like other dogs who have been unexpected additions to our pack, a bit of a character but in a very lovely, cheeky & good way. The children love her & my oldest said the other day " I did not want Belle to of hurt her leg but I am sort of glad it happened as we would not have her otherwise." That sort of sums up how nice Belle is & if she did not keep bringing big clats of mud in the back house she would be perfect.lol

good luck to everyone taking home their new family member. You will be surprised just on how quick they really do settle in & become a real big part of your family. What a great time for you all to be taking home your puppies, you have all the spring & summer to do your puppy training! :-)

Jane you do a wonderful job in getting our puppies ready to go to their new homes. We are so happy to welcome Meg into our home where she will bring us lots of joy and happiness. I can't wait to give her lots of love and cuddles. We look forward to our special day tomorrow and we'll see you at 11 o'clock

Hi Jayne,
Lovely photo's of all the puppies. The people who are picking their puppies up this weekend must be so excited.
Although Edward has only been with us for just over 5 months it seems like he has always been here! I must say Wayne has taken over the dog walking duties during the terrible weather we have had. It's a lovely day today so Ted and I are just off out for a stroll around the local area.
It's very bizarre to see one of Cleo's black pups with a blue collar called Ted. What a coincidence! It takes me back 6 months when I used to scan the photo's on your blog looking for the blue collared boy!
He had his first hair cut a couple of weeks ago - the hair on his head was so long he had a centre parting! He wasn't cut too short and looks much smarter. I have to say thou that I like him better when he looks scruffy!.
Good luck to all those picking their new puppy up this weekend. Jayne, you do a wonderful job and it's great to read your blog to see what you have been up to!

Dawn x
