Just got a lovely update for Albey, who left us earlier today. "Hello Jane, I'll start by saying how very grateful we all are, as I type this Mum and Dad are playing with Albey on our lawn in the garden in the evening sunlight. He did whimper/whine for a little while in the car, then he fell asleep like an angel for the rest of the journey but it took him a little while to feel comfortable once we got home. He seems more confident now though, I had a great game of 'tug of war' with him earlier! He's a real sweetie. Although he wants to play with the cats, he's been really good and we've got to a point where they will check each other out without any problems. The rabbits seem a little wary of him but he hasn't taken much interest in them yet. He's had some food and a little water (but only out of my hand at the moment) and he's been weeing and pooping when we take him out every hour or so. Thank you ever so much for the eggs and it was a delight to go through the doggy bag (Even if Albey found the bag more interesting than the contents within to begin with)! I've attached some photos of the car journey and at home. Thank you again, to you and your lovely family. We'll be sure to keep you updated! Heather, Beth, Neil, David and Albey x x x x x " Thanks Heather. A big day for Albey and you all, and I'm confident he will soon settle in with you all. Won't be long before you won't remember a time before Albey.
