A couple days ago Heather sent me a lovely update for Albey, brother to our Ernest and Lily. He is from Treacle's litter born April this year Thankfully all is safe "Hello Jane, We feel so blessed to have our cheeky, handsome, clever Albey. I'm enjoying every day with him! His fluffy, soft, pale fur is a thing of the past, now replaced by smooth, coarser fur and his browns have become rich and dark. He's long and lanky and has started to get a beautiful feathered tail (Which he loves chasing)! Everyone thinks he's a girl when they first see him, he's just too pretty! We've been taking him to puppy classes, he got lovely comments from the trainer saying what a lovely dog he is Ernest, Lily and Barney are looking gorgeous. What a lovely litter it's turning out to be! Take care, Heather x" Thanks Heather for the lovely update and the photos of Albey. Lily and Ernest have both lost their puppy coats and it will be interesting to see how much feather they all get on their legs, bellies and tails. I have been really pleased with the result of breeding a F1 (first cross) Cavapoo back to a Cavalier. They look like little spaniels, but with less exaggerated faces. One of my biggest regrets in the last few years breeding dogs, is not keeping another bitch back from their Grandmother, Dolly, but I do have two of her beautiful Grandchildren now.

Albey is looking so lovely and so funny that you say that people think he's a girl we get the same remarks about Barney. We are so lucky to have such lovely dogs and I was thinking about taking Barney to puppy classes hopefully he will enjoy them.
