Interesting case will be heard over the next couple days here in the UK putting Puppy farming in the dock
"On 5 and 6 July 2017 the Administrative Court will hear a judicial review the aim of which is to ensure that councils fully and properly take note and put into effect the requirements of the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Dogs under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 when deciding whether to licence dog breeding establishments and that they do so in relation to each dog in the establishment, taking into account the different needs of different breeds of dog."
Chancepixies is the charity that have brought this case. I really hope they win it.
“The greatest pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him, and not only will he not scold you,but he will make a fool of himself, too.”
