I nearly forgot that yesterday was our Molly's 8th Birthday. The children were as you can imagine upset at the loss of one of Primrose's pups. We did not let on to much about the pup until after the festivities of cutting the Birthday cake and of course some tears later, but children need to learn about the cycle of life and not be frightened by it. Death for me is just being, as before you existed. No devil, no serpents and certainly no eternal fires of damnation and that is not because I think I've got a one way ticket to heaven. Why would I want a ticket to heaven, when we already have it about us, if we could all just get along. End of lecture. Blame the brethren in me, although I don't think they would be keen on the no God thing, I got going on. Lol
Below are photos of Molly getting her Birthday cake and some how yesterday I managed to finish the cake with her requested dog head on it. And guess who Birthday cake photobombed again ? Henry. He seems fascinated by Birthday candles, once blown out he goes away.

“The greatest pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him, and not only will he not scold you,but he will make a fool of himself, too.”
