Sunday Roast Poundlane pack style

Roast chickens today and more than any meat I roast the dogs will be sat below the roast dish out in the kitchen as if at Sunday worship awaiting the stripping down of the chickens and they get to eat left over skin, parsons noses and any soft tissue I deem not worthy of keeping back for cooking with later in the week, including cartilage. Included in the two roast dishes I put out for them will be scrapings from the dinner plates and a few roast potatoes and a bit of veg.
