The penultimate puppy of Smudge's litter left to leave us, left today. With Smudge's litter we have had four of the pups with the same name as three of our children, with two Berties, an Alfie and a Tilly. Tilly was the pup that left us today and the day before yesterday I caught the two Tillys playing on the lawn together. Tilly is a lovely girl, a bit of a tomboy and has been very loved by our daughter Molly. Karen and her family are going to have a lot of fun with Tilly. It was lovely meeting the rest of Karen's family today and I'm pretty sure she is going to be a very loved member of their family. Just received an update for Tilly. Karen comes from Plymouth originally and her parents still live in Plymouth. Karen with her husband and family live in Wimbledon. Tilly and her family are staying in Plymouth for a couple days with Karen's parents whilst they are having work done on their home. "Hello Jane Tilly has been an absolute star! She slept the 1 1/2 hour journey to Plymouth and has entertained us all afternoon. We have taken her out for a couple of walks and she seems totally relaxed in her new surroundings. The children have been teaching her to sit and she seems to pick things up very quickly. I think she is a credit to you and your family. You have given her such an incredible start in life. We feel very lucky to have her. We travel back to London in Tuesday so will let you know how she settles. Thanks again for all your advice. Best wishes Karen" Thanks Karen for letting me know you got to your parents all okay and what a lovely photo of Tilly with your son.

We used to live not far from Wimbledon and now live only a 20 minute drive from there - maybe Tilly and Bertie can stay in touch! X
