Treacle on my lap as I blog

Today taking Treacle for her scan, was really to get an idea of how many pups she is carrying, as over the last week palpating her stomach you can easily now feel she is pregnant. The vet confirmed my findings and four fetuses could easily be found. So we know she is carrying at least four pups. You can miss a couple with scanning dogs, but four healthy live pups I will be happy.
I dropped Treacle's Mum, Dolly at the vets this morning for some dental work and after just speaking with the Veterinary nurse, I hope to pick her up around 4.30 pm.

The scan was just to know roughly how many pups she is carrying. From her mating's her due date is still the same as published on an earlier blog and on the website 'Litter' page, around the 14th April.
