Primrose on Thursday is 7 weeks from her first mating with our Brittany Spaniel, Henry. She is getting pretty big now for her. I have suspicion that she is carrying more than just the four pups seen on her scan. Scanning with animals that have multiple offspring with a pregnancy, scanning can often be out by one or two. I have known someone told "One pup" and ended up with five. I've never had a vet that far out though with our dogs. Today I had a chance to sit and observe Primrose resting and I could easily feel and see movement in her abdominal area. Next to get the labour ward in situ.
