Archie has fitted right back into the pack after arriving with us on Friday, whilst Angie and her family go on holiday. Archie is from Smudge's first litter, with Reggie his Dad and he was born the Spring of 2012. He is such a lovely easy going dog and in one of the slideshows below you can see his reaction to when you ask if he wants to go for a walk. Our daughter Molly caught his classic dog head tilt on camera.
Angie asked me a while ago if I could have Archie for her come July and a week or so ago Lisa contacted me, who had one of our pups to see if we could help her, as she was going on holiday. Unfortunately the timing was the same time I was going to have Archie, but thankfully Lisa has sorted something out for Ruby and sent me an email to say so and a lovely photo of Ruby, who is from Millie's last litter and the Dad being Reggie.

"Dear Jane,

Thanks so much for your helpful response and no worries at all, I didn't give you much notice.

We have actually in the meantime found several other options so it won't be a problem.

We are all fine and Ruby is doing well and so lovely! The best dog ever!!

Best wishes to you and the family

Lisa "

The last update on this blog is for two Poundlane girls. Maisy who is from Primrose's first litter and her Dad is Reggie born in 2012 and Poppy who is from Dolly's litter born the end of 2011 with Reggie the Dad again.
The email is from Sue who has Maisy and her friend Julie has Poppy. Poppy is staying with Sue whilst Julie is on holiday and Sue sent me a photo of the two together and the conversation below is me trying to figure out who is who in the photo and I get it wrong. Lol

"Hi Jane,
I hope you're all well? I've just had a lovely read through your website to catch up on all the Poundlane news! Thought you'd like this litte photo of Poppy and Maisy taken yesterday.  Poppy is staying with us for a 2 week holiday, and Maisy loves having her half sister around!
Love to you all"

"Hello Sue,

good to hear from you. They look like twins. Really can't tell which is which, at a guess and all of us looking at the photo, we think maybe Poppy behind and Maisy in front.

Lovely photo. Hope you are all well.

Kind regards

Jane x"

"Hahaha! No, it's Poppy in front and Maisy behind! Poppy is about 2/3rds the size of Maisy, but they're both as energetic and friendly as each other....have both snuggled up next to me on the sofa now (along with our border terrier too!).

Love to all
Sue"

Thanks Sue. Save me the red face next time and tell me who's who in the photo before I take a stab in the dark. Lol
