![]() Primrose has given birth to four Cavalier pups with first time Dad Toby. We have one tri coloured girl, one Blenheim girl and two Blenheim boys. Primrose has been out already and had a pee and a poo whilst I cleaned up the whelping box and I then quickly gave Primrose a warm rinse off in the shower. I don't bath them after giving birth, due to keeping the scent of Mum strong for the pups to find her easily. All seems well, all afterbirths accounted for and Primrose has eat some scramble egg and also some meat and biscuits. Will be really interesting to watch these grow. Fingers crossed they all rear okay. They already look to have a good nose length for a Cavalier. Toby's Grandfather on his Dad's side is the Father of Millie and this dog has one of the longest noses I have seen on a Cavalier and hopefully this is coming through and also is a big Cavalier, as Toby is, so hoping for a bit more size in these, as the girls potentially may be girlfriends of Henry in the future.
