Tired but happy I blog tonight after a day of fun, fierce competition & face painting at Chittlehamptons annual Flower Show, Fete & Family Dog Show. We arrived a little late with are children & three dogs Millie, Primrose & stalwart Pupster. This was Primrose's first exscursion into the show ring but took it all in her stride & although she missed the Pedigree Pup class she entered the Open Pup class to be placed second & then won the Prettiest Girl class. Millie missed the Non- Sporting Pedigree class fortunately, as I am sure Millie thinks she is a sporting & would of been dissapointed to be entered in a non sporting class if she knew. lol. She claimed second place in the Open Pedigree class against some good competition because even if she may not be what wins in the Championship shows she is confirmationly hard to fault & if you had the breed standard beside you as you examined her you would be hard to knock her even with her ears trimmed.lol. Pupster just missed out in the veterans. Must of been fixed.lol. Bert & Pupster had fun in the child handler getting a special & then me being able to tease our oldest by telling him we always thought he was a bit special & now we had it confirmed.lol. My fish supper has just arrived so will be off to eat, drink & make merriment after a fun but tiring day or maybe just fall asleep. Photo's of are fun below.
