Down to the river

After lunch today it was down to the river so Thomas could see if the amphibious remote control car he had been given by his maternal Grandmother for his birthday was actually amphibious. Our two youngest children decided to go wearing clothes so they could go paddling. The video is them finding out that the river is a bit colder than the last time they went paddling. 

Smudge, Dolly and Millie

Smudge and her Mother, Millie along with Dolly came with us to the river and the photo is of them back in the car after the walk. 
Thomas's amphibious remote control car did turn out to be amphibious, but not to good in a strong current.
