Rugby starts in the rain & a visit from Alfie & Gill

Rugby season started in earnest for my boys yesterday & it was raining. I hope this season is not a repeat of last season with weather stopping a lot of fixtures, but at least it was mild yesterday & all three of them really enjoyed themselves.
Come home from Rugby & after lunch had a lovely visit from Alfie & his owner Gill.
 Alfie is from are first litter of Cavapoos & is just over a year old. Gill his owner came yesterday to choose his new companion from Dolly's Cavapoo pups as she has been very happy with Alfie & feels it would be nice for him to have a doggy companion. Alfie has been nuetered so Gill has chosen a Black & Tan girl to contrast Alfie's Golden Apricot colour & I think they will look an eye catching pair in the future as Alfie already gets lots of attention when out walking from admirers of his looks & gentle temperment. I also remembered or actually Gill remembered for me to get a photo of him. He is a gorgeous dog & it is his lovely gentle manner which I am taken with as well as his looks.
